RODO INFORMATION CLAUSE
In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, hereinafter referred to as ‘RODO’, we inform you that:

Your personal data (including that of your child) will be protected and processed in order to:
answering the question asked on the form, providing an offer, in connection with enabling the provision of services and accepting the Regulations for the provision of services offered by the Administrator. The processing is necessary for the execution of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions, until their termination (based on Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA);
sending information of marketing nature - the legal basis of the processing is the legitimate interest pursued by the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) RODO) or the User's voluntary consent, if given (Article 6(1)(a) RODO);
to conduct correspondence with you and to handle the case to which it relates and for the purpose of possible assertion of claims or defence against such claims - the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Personal Data Administrator in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO - i.e. handling cases submitted by the form, conducting correspondence with the interested parties and handling the cases submitted by them.
Your personal data (including your child's data) will be stored for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose and, occasionally, after the completion of their provision, but only if permitted or required by applicable law, e.g. processing for statistical purposes, billing purposes or in order to assert claims. In this case, the data will be processed for the period necessary for such purposes. The period of processing of personal data may be extended each time by the period of limitation of claims, if the processing of personal data is necessary for the Administrator to pursue possible claims or to defend against such claims. Insofar as the data are processed for the purpose of directing marketing content to you, they will be processed until the date on which the Administrator processes the data.
Your data (including your child's data) will not be disclosed to any other entities other than: providers of IT systems and services for the Administrator, entities providing the Administrator with services necessary for the performance of the services included in the Terms and Conditions accepted by you, including legal services, postal operators and couriers, banks in the field of payment processing, certain regulated professions such as lawyers, debt collectors and accounting offices, authorised employees and collaborators who use the data in order to fulfil the purpose of the website and implement the Terms and Conditions.
At any time you have the right to: access to the content of your personal data (including your child's data), including to request a copy of it and to request its rectification, erasure of your personal data (right to be forgotten), restriction of the processing of your personal data, the right to transfer your personal data to another controller, the right to object to the processing of your personal data, including profiling, and for the purposes of direct marketing, to withdraw your consent in the event that the Administrator processes your personal data on the basis of consent, at any time and in any manner, without affecting the legality of the processing performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the RODO.
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of directing marketing content to you. Furthermore, with regard to the processing of personal data for purposes resulting from the legitimate interests of the Controller, you have the right to object on grounds related to your particular situation.
The provision of personal data is voluntary, although necessary for the purposes referred to in point. 1. accession to the provision of services contained in the Regulations.
